General Terms and Conditions
- Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using Dripoli Academy’s website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
- Intellectual Property: All content, materials, and resources provided on this site are the intellectual property of Dripoli Web and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
- User Conduct: Users are expected to behave respectfully and must not engage in any activities that could disrupt the website’s operations or other users’ experiences.
Class Terms and Conditions:
Attendance and Certification: A minimum attendance rate is required to qualify for certification. Students must also complete all assigned projects and assignments.
Session Zero and Refunds: The first session, known as Session Zero, allows students to evaluate the course. If a student decides not to continue after this session, they may request a refund. Refunds will not be available after Session Zero.
Payment Policy: Full payment is required upfront before starting the course.
Affiliate Program: Dripoli Academy offers an affiliate program where students can earn a commission for referring new students.
Course Material Delivery
1. Post-Session Summaries:
Participants will receive a PDF document summarizing key session points after each class.
2. Delivery Method:
PDF summaries will be delivered directly to participants via Email or WhatsApp, based on participant preference indicated at enrollment.
3. Personal Use Only:
These materials are intended exclusively for your personal educational use. Any unauthorized distribution, public sharing, reproduction, or misuse of these materials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate legal action.
4. Intellectual Property:
All course materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dripoli Web. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate legal action.
5. Communication Accuracy:
Participants are responsible for ensuring that provided Email or WhatsApp contact details are accurate and up-to-date.
Course Rules
Attendance
A minimum of 11 sessions must be attended to qualify for a certificate.
Projects
All assigned projects must be completed and submitted within the given deadlines.
Failure to submit projects may affect certification eligibility.
Attitude & Conduct
Professional and respectful behavior is expected at all times.
5 warnings will result in termination from the course with no refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable before Session 0.
Course Materials
Students will receive PDF course materials provided by the academy.
These materials are for educational use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed.
Technical Requirements
It is highly recommended to use a laptop for the best learning experience.
Questions & Support
Instructors will dedicate specific time during sessions for students to ask questions.
Topic-related questions can also be asked directly during relevant discussions.
